Jämtland enters the register with one project: Roofscapes AB's data-centre development in Bräcke. On 21 October 2026 Bräcke municipal council decided to sell parcels 4 and 6 of Bräcke 2:1 to Roofscapes, a subsidiary of Vostroblock Group AB, for SEK 1,221,000. No power capacity is given in the municipal documents. The county sits in SE2.
The documented decision is item 106 of Bräcke municipal council's minutes of 21 October 2026, case KSK 2025/539. The municipality bought about 12.6 hectares of Bräcke 2:1 from the Church of Sweden in December 2025 to enable Vostroblock Group AB's development of a data centre, and signed an option with Roofscapes AB, which the company used in August 2026.
The land is part of an ongoing detailed-plan process for industrial use, paid for by Roofscapes. Grid capacity, investment and timetable are not public in the municipal documents.
