Roofscapes data centre, BräckeBräcke council sells land to Roofscapes
The municipal council decided to sell parcels 4 and 6 of Bräcke 2:1 to Roofscapes AB for SEK 1,221,000 (item 106, case KSK 2025/539). The parcels are to be merged into Roofscapes' property Bräcke 4:4.

Verda AI centre, Sundsvall (Almåsen)Sundsvall planning committee proposes adoption of the Almåsen detailed plan
Under item 125 of its approved minutes, the urban planning committee proposed that the municipal council adopt the detailed plan for Vattjom 2:42 et al. under chapter 5, section 27 of the Planning and Building Act, and decided to remove an incorrect passage about correctional facilities from the plan documents. The council is expected to decide on 30 November 2026.

The operator’s data-centers page, read 20 October 2026, says the Arlandastad facility is being built and states capacity for up to 10,000 GPUs, down from up to 16,000 in the February 2025 release. The page is undated, so the date of the change is not known.

The building and environment committee granted a permit for the new building DC02 and for converting DS4 and FA03 into DC01 on Ackumulatorn 3. A start notice is still required before construction.

Start with the workload, initial and ultimate power requirement, connectivity needs and target date. Use regional profiles and public planning documents to identify research leads, then request site-specific evidence from the owner, municipality and relevant network operator.
