Proposed data centre on the municipal property Fyllinge 20:432, 13,531 square metres, in the Kistinge industrial area in Halmstad, Halland County. On 22 September 2026 the municipal executive committee's community-development committee backed a letter of intent with Kistinge Infrastruktur AB, a subsidiary of Therma Loop AB (case KS 2026/00451). The letter requires at least 10 MW of connected power. Waste heat is to go to the district-heating network of Halmstads Energi och Miljö AB (HEM).
