Find the expertise for your Swedish data center project
A location becomes easier to evaluate when the right people answer the right questions. Use this guide to assemble your Swedish project team and prepare a clear scope for each specialist.

General orientation. Assess the specific project separately. Applies to: Teams seeking local expertise and organisations interested in contributing. The categories below describe roles, not approved suppliers or appointed partners.
Six areas of expertise to bring together
Choose specialists around your immediate decision. Each category links to the relevant knowledge guide, so you can start a conversation with specific questions and a shared vocabulary.
Start with the organisations responsible for the question
Use official resources to identify the right public process and local contact. Keep the responsibilities explicit: a site representative, public authority and paid adviser can each support a project in a different way.

A useful first conversation with an adviser
Share the same brief with each potential adviser. Ask for a proposed scope and an example of the deliverable you would receive. Agree how findings will be documented so that another specialist can use them without repeating the work.
- Which comparable Swedish assignments can you discuss, and what was your actual role?
- Who will do the work, in which language, and who is responsible for reviewing it?
- What information do you need from us, and which assumptions will remain unverified?
- What will the deliverable cover, what does it exclude, and what decisions can it support?
- Do you represent a seller, receive referral fees or have interests in any proposed site or supplier?
- What are the fee basis, availability, confidentiality terms and next agreed milestone?
