Data centre on the property Vallhalla 1:125 (Fallåsvägen 51), about 2 kilometres west of Lingbo in Ockelbo municipality, Gävleborg County. The detailed plan for the Vallhalla industrial area, about 52 hectares, gained legal force on 9 July 2026. On 16 October 2026 Västra Gästriklands samhällsbyggnadsförvaltning granted a building permit for a data centre with offices, switchgear, a transformer station and other buildings (VGS-BYGG 2026-000365), and on 23 October a permit for a transformer station (VGS-BYGG 2026-000522). The permit notices do not name the applicant; the plan description says a plan agreement was signed with Hyperco Oy, Sverige filial.

According to the plan description, Ellevio's Grönviken switching station north of the plan area is intended to supply it, and Ellevio is planning two new 145 kV overhead lines between Grönviken and Ockelbo. The municipality wrote in May 2024 that the site is in bidding area SE2. No capacity, connection agreement or connection date is published.

Västra Gästriklands samhällsbyggnadsförvaltning granted a building permit for a data centre, offices, guardhouse, water treatment plant, sprinkler facility, garage, switchgear, transformer station, wall and parking on Vallhalla 1:125 (Fallåsvägen 51), case VGS-BYGG 2026-000365. A separate transformer-station permit followed on 23 October (VGS-BYGG 2026-000522).
