Bräcke
Bräcke municipal council decided on 21 October 2026 to sell parcels 4 and 6 of the property Bräcke 2:1 to Roofscapes AB, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vostroblock Group AB, for SEK 1,221,000. The municipality bought the land from the Church of Sweden in December 2025 to enable Vostroblock's development of a data centre. The parcels are to be merged into Roofscapes' property Bräcke 4:4.
The sale excludes parcel 7, west of Västra Kungsvägen, which the municipality keeps because the S:t Olofsleden trail passes through it. Of the price, SEK 180,000 was paid earlier as an option fee. The officers' report says the sale has no effect on the municipality's result.
The area is in an ongoing detailed-plan process for industrial use. Under a plan-cost agreement of 10 December 2025, Roofscapes pays all planning costs.
