Västra Götaland County
Västra Götaland County enters the register with one proposed project: a data centre on industrial land at Limmared in Tranemo. On 15 October 2026 Tranemo's executive committee referred a land case with Magnora back to the general committee for further preparation to enable an establishment. No land agreement has been decided.
The documented decision is item 203 of Tranemo's executive committee minutes of 15 October 2026, case KS/2026:415. The area is about 35,000 square metres and already has a detailed plan for industry.
According to the officer's report, Vattenfall has indicated grid capacity of up to 50 MW. The company's submission states 50 MW connected power and 35 MW IT load; these are the company's figures.
