Uppsala County
Uppsala County enters the register with one proposed project: a data centre on municipal land at Ullunda in Enköping. On 30 September 2026 Enköping's planning, land and development committee started a development project for the site up to the adoption of a detailed plan. The developer is not named and no power capacity is given.
The documented decision is item 93 of the committee's minutes of 30 September 2026, case KS2026/829. The committee writes that there is a great need for data centres and strong demand in the Mälardalen region.
Enköping's municipal energy company ENA Energi is working on an agreement with Conapto in two parts, a cooperation agreement and a delivery agreement, expected to be finished in early 2027. The municipal documents do not link it to the Ullunda site.
