Nätutvecklingsplan versus capacity map — a ten-year TSO plan is not a hall reservation
Is a Swedish hall already inside a reserved northern feeder because a slide quotes the network-development plan, or because a dated connection paper actually exists? Svenska kraftnät’s Nätutvecklingsplan 2026–2035 hub, reviewed 15 December 2025 and used here, says the TSO is in a historic build-out of the transmission grid. Over the coming ten years it intends to take about 2,900 kilometres of new lines and about 40 new stations into operation, to reinvest more than 1,100 kilometres of lines and about half of its nearly 200 stations, and to raise annual facility-project investment from nine billion kronor in 2025 to 20 billion kronor a year in 2026 and 2027. Those are Svenska kraftnät’s own published plan sentences. They are not a hall invoice and not a reserved campus feeder. The same hub says requested electricity demand is currently more than twice as large as today’s Swedish peak-load hour. That comparison is a TSO demand sentence. It is not a plot megawatt. The hub splits the development motives as reinvestment in assets that reach technical life (45 percent), connections of new generation and demand (14 percent), system reinforcement for capacity and operational security (36 percent) and market integration (5 percent). The ten-year focus names north–south transfer, stronger supply in Norrbotten and Västerbotten, stronger supply to Stockholm and parts of Västra Götaland, and connecting Gotland. Svenska kraftnät’s 15 December 2025 press note prints a further plan sentence: an investment of 180 billion kronor. The English PDF of the same plan, already stored in this register, prints the 20-billion step as 2027 and 2028 rather than 2026 and 2027. This page keeps those two year-pairs on separate rows. It does not average them into a third invented Swedish hall year. The indicative capacity map, already owned on the grid-capacity page, remains a different object: a picture of residual transmission-level capacity. It does not replace a network-owner letter. A connection agreement, an early indication and a reservation stay on later rows. Microsoft’s 16 November 2021 note names Gävle, Sandviken and Staffanstorp. EcoDataCenter names Falun. Google names Horndal. atNorth’s 23 February 2026 SWE04 note names Sollefteå. evroc’s 3 February 2025 note names Arlandastad. None of those pages is a network-development-plan row or a reserved hall feeder. This page only asks which published TSO object the hall file is sitting on. This is orientation, not counsel.

Reading order
Seat the plan document before any coloured national map. The 2026–2035 network-development plan is a ten-year TSO investment and needs paper. Write the edition date — 15 December 2025 on the hub used here — on one line before you say the hall sits inside a northern reinforcement.
Then keep the published bars on their own rows. About 2,900 kilometres of new lines, about 40 new stations, more than 1,100 kilometres of reinvestment and about half of nearly 200 stations are hub sentences. The Swedish hub prints nine billion kronor in 2025 and 20 billion a year in 2026 and 2027. The English PDF prints the 20-billion step in 2027 and 2028. The press note prints 180 billion. Do not average those sentences into a hall tariff.
Then keep the capacity map, the regional plans and the customer-track papers on later rows. The indicative map is residual transmission colour. A regional network-development conversation is another folder. A connection agreement, an early indication and a reservation stay customer papers. The early-indication page already owns that split.

What a plan bar and a map colour actually measure
A network-development-plan bar measures a TSO intention for lines, stations and investment over a ten-year window. The 45 / 14 / 36 / 5 percent split measures why the money is planned, not where a hall sits. North–south transfer, Norrbotten, Västerbotten, Stockholm, Västra Götaland and Gotland are named focus geographies. They are not reserved campus feeders.
The “more than twice today’s peak-load hour” sentence measures requested demand against a national peak hour. It does not allocate the gap to Sollefteå, Falun or Staffanstorp. Do not convert that sentence into a hall megawatt.
The indicative capacity map measures residual transmission-level colour at the date of the map. The grid-capacity page already owns that limit. A green cell is not a connection agreement. A connection agreement is not a plan bar.
The year-pair discrepancy measures two letterheads of the same edition. The Swedish hub says 2026 and 2027. The English PDF says 2027 and 2028. This page records both. It does not invent a third year.
What named primary sources show
Svenska kraftnät’s hub, reviewed 15 December 2025, remains the dated national commentary for the 2,900-kilometre and 40-station bars, the nine-to-twenty-billion Swedish-language years and the four focus geographies. The 15 December 2025 press note remains the 180-billion sentence. The English PDF already stored here remains the 2027–2028 wording of the 20-billion step.
The indicative capacity map remains the neighbouring transmission-colour letterhead. The early-indication page and the line-concession page remain neighbouring customer and line papers. Named operator rows remain geography.
No cited source here publishes a project-specific reserved hall feeder or a hall megawatt created by a plan bar.
A matrix instead of one reserved-feeder slogan
Draw one page with object rows and evidence columns. The plan edition, the kilometre bars, the two 20-billion year-pairs, the capacity map and a named campus town are different columns. Empty cells stay empty.
Do not invent a hall megawatt from the TSO bars. Those remain plan sentences from dated Svenska kraftnät pages.

Common misreads
The first misread is to treat a named focus geography as a reserved campus feeder. Norrbotten is a TSO focus sentence. It is not SWE04’s connection paper. The second is to convert “more than twice the peak hour” into a hall megawatt. The third is to average the Swedish 2026–2027 years with the English 2027–2028 years.
The fourth is to treat the capacity map as the plan, or the plan as a connection agreement. The fifth is to treat the 180-billion press sentence as a hall invoice. The sixth is to treat a campus town as a TSO plan row. The seventh is to collapse this page into the early-indication page or the line-concession page.
What to ask next
Ask which edition and which letterhead anyone is quoting — Swedish hub, English PDF or press note — and which dated customer paper you actually hold. Ask whether a focus geography has been pasted onto a cadastral unit.

What this does and does not prove
This page proves that Svenska kraftnät already publishes a ten-year network-development plan with named kilometre, station and investment sentences, that the Swedish hub and the English PDF disagree on the 20-billion years, and that those plan sentences are not a reserved hall megawatt.
It does not prove that a named Swedish hall sits inside a named reinforcement. It does not invent a feeder week for Horndal or Sollefteå. It does not treat a campus press note as a TSO plan row.
