Time to power
Time to power is a chain of dependencies, not a Swedish average. Network studies, reinforcements, land-use decisions, environmental files, equipment lead times and hall construction can run in parallel — and any one of them can sit on the critical path. A target date in a press release is not a contracted milestone unless the contract says so.

Parallel tracks
Draw power, planning, environment and construction as four bars. Mark which bar is waiting on which paper. Do not hide a two-year reinforcement behind a twelve-month construction slogan.
Three kinds of dates
evroc’s 2025 notice, for example, stated an aim to break ground in H1 2025 and operate in H2 2026. This register keeps those dates labelled as company expectations until a later primary source confirms the event.
- Target — the company or municipality hopes.
- Estimate — an advisor’s scenario with stated assumptions.
- Contracted milestone — a dated obligation in an agreement.
