Starting and completing construction

After a bygglov, Swedish procedure still has technical consultation, a start notice (startbesked) and later a completion notice. Exact duties depend on the case. The important product point: “permit granted” in a press release may sit months away from lawful start of works. Define Swedish terms in the file instead of importing a foreign close-out checklist.
