Build-to-suit sits between wholesale colocation and an owner-occupied campus. Digital Realty publishes a global Build-to-Suit product page. That page does not, in the cited set, name a signed Swedish BTS hall. Plan, grid, water and fire files still sit in the Swedish file whichever wrapper is used.
