Vattenfall’s Ullna–Täljö page is a spring-2026 rebuild-finish plan, not reserved Österåker hall power

Vattenfall Eldistribution’s Ullna–Täljö page writes that 70-to-130 kV rebuild works have run since late summer 2025 and are planned ready by spring 2026. A planned finish is not reserved offtake.

Vattenfall Eldistribution’s Ullna–Täljö project page is the dated rebuild source used here. It writes a conversion of the regional grid from 70 kV to 130 kV between Ullna and Täljö. A consult is written as autumn 2019 and a line-concession application as March 2021. Line measures are written as affecting Täby, Vallentuna and Österåker. A 70-to-130 kV conversion page is not reserved hall offtake.

The station sentence must stay a station sentence. Beside the stretch reinforcement the page writes a new 130 kV distribution station at Täljö, with a short underground-cable stretch between the existing and the new transformer station. Those are station facts. They are not a reserved megawatt.

The works sentence must stay a works sentence. The project is written as having started in 2024, with rebuilds on the affected stretch under way since late summer 2025 and now approaching their end. Late autumn is written as difficult: hard frost in early November, then heavy rain, thaw and tracked ground after vehicles. Restoration of forest and land is written as ongoing. The project is written as planned ready by spring 2026. A spring-2026 finish plan is not a named hall.
