Vattenfall’s Krylbo–Igeltjärna note is an Ei remittal, not reserved Avesta hall power

Vattenfall Eldistribution’s Krylbo–Igeltjärna/Brovallen page writes that the Energy Markets Inspectorate sent the 40 kV filing on remittal in March and April 2026. A remittal is not reserved offtake.

Vattenfall Eldistribution’s Krylbo–Igeltjärna/Brovallen page is the dated remittal source used here. It writes a new 40 kV concession between the Krylbo transformer station and Igeltjärna/Brovallen, at the village of Slätmossen outside Krylbo, in Avesta Municipality, Dalarna County. The local network is written as needing reinforcement. The concession application was sent to the Energy Markets Inspectorate in September 2025. A 40 kV filing is not reserved hall offtake.

The remittal sentence must stay a remittal sentence. During March and April 2026 the Inspectorate sent the application to the affected parties, who then had the chance to comment. Vattenfall Eldistribution writes that it will reply to incoming statements in the spring. A remittal window is not a concession in legal force and not a reserved megawatt.

The archaeology-and-neighbour sentence must stay an archaeology-and-neighbour sentence. An archaeological investigation, stage 1, was written as carried out along the planned stretch in autumn 2025, as a combined desk and field study, with a likely stage 2 at some places. The planned 40 kV line is to be designed in detail together with the planned 130 kV Sala–Krylbo line. After consultation the planned stretch was adjusted at Stora Alsbo following neighbours’ proposals. Those are process facts. They are not a hall agreement.

Why it matters

A 40 kV remittal beside the already-filed Sala–Krylbo 130 kV row is easy to file as spare Avesta hall power. The March–April window is usable only if the remittal stays a remittal — not a reservation.

What remains unknown

The page does not print the Inspectorate’s decision, put the 40 kV line in legal force or name a reserved hall offtake beside Slätmossen.
