Vattenfall’s Kolbotten–Nynäshamn page is a Q1-2026 detail-design start, not reserved Södertörn hall power

Vattenfall Eldistribution’s Kolbotten–Nynäshamn page writes that detail design of a 70-to-130 kV replacement, already in legal force after a May 2024 court dismissal, starts in the first quarter of 2026. Detail design is not reserved offtake.

Vattenfall Eldistribution’s Kolbotten–Nynäshamn page is the dated detail-design source used here. It writes a new regional line between Kolbotten and Nynäshamn in Salem, Södertälje, Botkyrka and Nynäshamn municipalities. The new 130 kV line is written as replacing an existing 70 kV line that is to be taken down after the new line is in service. A 70-to-130 kV replacement is not reserved hall offtake.

The court sentence must stay a court sentence. The page writes that Vattenfall applied for and received a line concession, that the concession was appealed, and that the appeal was dismissed by the Land and Environment Court in May 2024. The concession is then written as having gained legal force. A 2024 dismissal is not a 2026 hall.

The Q1 sentence must stay a Q1 sentence. Detail design is written as starting in the first quarter of 2026 and as covering construction work and the choice of pole sites, with archaeological field investigations along the stretch. Land-use agreements are written as planned in 2027, contractor procurement in the first quarter of 2028, construction from summer 2028, and the whole stretch ready at the end of 2029. A 2028 construction window is not a live Södertörn hall.

A Södertörn 70-to-130 kV headline already in legal force is easy to file as spare hall power. The page is usable only if the Q1 design start stays a design start — not a reservation.

What remains unknown

The page does not sign the 2027 land-use agreements, start 2028 construction or name a reserved hall offtake beside Kolbotten–Nynäshamn.
