Vattenfall’s 31 January Flemingsberg note is a water-operations consult, not reserved Huddinge hall power

Vattenfall Eldistribution’s Flemingsberg–Lissma–Ekudden page set 31 January 2026 as the last day for a water-operations consult at Jonvägen, while the main 130 kV stretch is written as planned ready in summer 2026. A water consult is not reserved offtake.

Vattenfall Eldistribution’s Flemingsberg–Lissma–Ekudden page is the dated water-consult source used here. It writes a new 130 kV regional line in Huddinge Municipality from Flemingsberg to Lissma and on to Ekudden, replacing an existing 70 kV line that is to be taken down after the new line is in service. From Flemingsberg two lines are written as running in parallel, one to Lissma and one to Ekudden, plus a third line between Lissma and Ekudden. A 70-to-130 kV rebuild in Huddinge is not reserved hall offtake.

The 31 January sentence must stay a 31 January sentence. A scoping consult published on 10 December 2025, running through December 2025 and January 2026, is written as preparing an application to Nacka District Court, Land and Environment Court, for temporary groundwater diversion so that cables can be laid at Jonvägen in Flemingsberg, on properties Visättra 1:1 and Transformatorn 2. Written comments were requested by 31 January 2026. A water-operations consult is not a hall agreement and not a reserved megawatt.

The works sentence must stay a works sentence. Foundation works are written as having started in March 2025. The main stretch is written as planned ready in summer 2026. The underground stretch nearest Flemingsberg is written as coming later. The line is written as sitting next to an existing corridor that will be widened, including through the nature reserves Flemingsbergsskogen, Gladöskogen, Orlången, Lissmadalen and Lännaskogen, with listed compensation measures. Those are reserve-and-works facts. They are not a live hall.

Related grid notes stay on their own pages. Other south-Stockholm regional-grid rows and Svenska kraftnät papers that share a pole on the Lissma–Ekudden stretch are different dates and different instruments. This article does not import a reserved hall offtake into a 31 January water-operations deadline.

DataCenterSweden records 31 January 2026 as a Vattenfall Eldistribution water-operations consult deadline for Flemingsberg–Lissma–Ekudden. No project identifier is attached. The next update would need a later primary source that names the court application as filed, the main stretch in service in summer 2026, or a reserved consumption agreement beside the 130 kV. Until then, the January deadline stays a water-and-rebuild paper — not reserved Huddinge hall capacity.

Why it matters

A Huddinge 130 kV headline with a summer-2026 readiness line is easy to file as spare hall power. The 31 January note is usable only if the water consult stays a water consult — not a reservation.

What remains unknown

The page does not file the Nacka court application, put the main stretch in service in summer 2026 or name a reserved hall offtake beside Flemingsberg–Ekudden.
