Vattenfall’s Finnslätten–Munga February filing is a 220-to-130 kV swap, not reserved Västerås hall power

Vattenfall Eldistribution’s Finnslätten–Munga page says the concession application for the new 130 kV line was filed in February 2026, after the company took over Svenska kraftnät’s RL2 220 kV line in autumn 2025. A voltage-change filing is not reserved offtake.

Vattenfall Eldistribution’s Finnslätten–Munga project page is the dated filing source used here. It says the company took over an existing 220 kV line (RL2) from Svenska kraftnät in autumn 2025. That line is now planned to be demolished and replaced by a new 130 kV line in the same corridor, between the existing Finnslätten station and a planned new transformer station at Munga. The concession application for Finnslätten–Munga was sent in February 2026. A February filing is not reserved offtake.

The Hallsta sentence must stay a Hallsta sentence. Vattenfall also plans a new approximately 2 km 130 kV line between Hallsta and the new Munga station, to be tied to the planned Finnslätten–Sala line. The Hallsta–Munga concession application was sent in late autumn 2025. Those are sibling regional-network rows. They are not the Bränslegatan remittal and not Skultuna–Munga legal force.

The voltage-raise sentence must stay a programme sentence. Vattenfall writes the new line in 130 kV to match a future network that is being raised from 70 kV to 130 kV in several places to increase transfer capacity. The lines are planned as overhead lines. Those are design facts. They are not a hall agreement.
