Vattenfall’s Dannemora–Tensta page is a closed combined consultation, not reserved north-Uppsala hall power

Vattenfall Eldistribution’s Dannemora–Tensta page says a combined investigation and scoping consultation in January–February 2026 closed for comments on 9 March 2026, and that a consultation report is now being compiled. A closed consultation is not reserved offtake.
Vattenfall Eldistribution’s Dannemora–Tensta page is the dated consultation-close source used here. It says the company plans a new 130 kV overhead line between Dannemora and Tensta in Uppsala County to replace the existing 70 kV line. A combined investigation and scoping consultation ran in January–February 2026. The last day to submit comments was 9 March 2026. A closed consultation is not a filed concession.
The age sentence must stay an age sentence. The company today operates a 70 kV overhead line between Dannemora station in Östhammar Municipality and Brogård station in Tensta, Uppsala Municipality. The line was built in 1915 and needs rebuilding to secure capacity and robustness. The existing line cannot be taken out of service before the new one is built and in service; then the 70 kV line will be demolished. A 1915 rebuild purpose is not reserved hall offtake.
The alternatives sentence must stay an alternatives sentence. Three route alternatives — red, yellow and blue — were shown before consultation, each as a corridor about 50 metres wide. Work has now started on compiling incoming comments and the company’s replies into a consultation report that will form part of the application to the inspectorate. The page also says a complementary consultation will follow on adjustments in the western corridors around the existing 70 kV line. A report being compiled is not a chosen final route.
Related grid notes stay on their own pages. The Ed–Östhammar–Harg consultation and other Uppsala-county regional-network rows are different dates and different stretches. This article does not import a Harg parallel pair or a NordSyd 400 kV package into a 9 March Tensta comment close.
DataCenterSweden records 9 March 2026 as the comment close on Vattenfall Eldistribution’s Dannemora–Tensta combined consultation. No project identifier is attached. The next update would need a later primary source that names a complementary-consultation close, a filed concession, or a reserved consumption agreement beside Brogård. Until then, 9 March stays a consultation close — not reserved north-Uppsala hall capacity.
Why it matters
A 1915-line 130 kV headline between Östhammar and Uppsala is easy to file as spare north-county hall power. The page is usable only if the closed consultation stays a closed consultation — not a reservation.
What remains unknown
The page does not close the complementary consultation, file the concession or name a reserved hall offtake beside Brogård.
