Svenska kraftnät’s Utanede–Enån close-out is a finished consult, not reserved inland hall power

Svenska kraftnät’s 1 June 2026 Inlandspaketet note says the consultation on the investigation corridor between Utanede and Enån ended on 10 May 2026. A closed consult is not reserved Ragunda or Ljusdal offtake.

Svenska kraftnät’s 1 June 2026 Inlandspaketet hub note is the dated close-out source used here. It says the consultation period for the investigation corridor for the new lines between the transmission stations Utanede and Enån ended on 10 May 2026. Work now continues on choosing an alignment with the least impact on residents and the environment. A closed consult is not a reserved offtake.

The stretch sentence must stay a stretch sentence. The Utanede–Enån hub writes two separate parallel 400 kV overhead lines between Utanede station in Ragunda Municipality and Enån station in Ljusdal Municipality. The stretch is about 16 Swedish miles, depending on the chosen alignment, and is the second Inlandspaketet stage. The municipalities named are Ragunda, Sundsvall, Ånge and Ljusdal, in Jämtland, Västernorrland and Gävleborg counties. Those are rebuild facts. They are not a hall agreement.

The timetable sentence must stay a timetable sentence. The stretch hub prints a siting study in 2024–2026, authority dialogue in 2024–2025, consultation in 2026, a concession application in 2027, a concession decision in 2029–2030, construction start in 2030 and the lines entering service in 2034. Those are programme dates. They are not reserved megawatts on this stretch.

Named neighbouring papers stay on their own files. The sibling Enån–Fallviken close-out minutes later the same evening, the later complementary inland consult, the Kilforsen–Utanede February close-out and the reserved-connection tables are different dates and different stretches. This article does not merge Utanede–Enån with Enån–Fallviken.

DataCenterSweden records 1 June 2026 as a Svenska kraftnät consultation close-out for Utanede–Enån. No project identifier is attached. The next update would need a later primary source that names a chosen alignment, a filed concession or a reserved consumption agreement beside the corridor. Until then, the May close-out stays a consult end — not reserved inland hall capacity.

Why it matters

A closed 160-kilometre inland consult is easy to file as spare hall power between Ragunda and Ljusdal. The June note is usable only if the close-out stays a close-out — not a reservation.

What remains unknown

The fetched pages do not choose the Utanede–Enån alignment, file concession or name a datacentre offtake on the stretch.
