Ramsele–Kilforsen’s February filing is a 23 km Sollefteå rebuild, not reserved SWE04 offtake

Svenska kraftnät’s 2 February 2026 note says the company has chosen an alignment and filed for concession on the about 23-kilometre 400 kV rebuild between Ramsele and Kilforsen. A filing is not reserved Sollefteå hall power.
Svenska kraftnät’s 2 February 2026 Ramsele–Kilforsen note is the dated filing source used here. It says the company has worked out an expansion proposal for the planned 400 kV line between Ramsele and Kilforsen and has applied to the Energy Markets Inspectorate for permission to build it. The application was sent in December 2025. A December filing reported in February is not reserved offtake.
The corridor sentence must stay a corridor sentence. The hub says Svenska kraftnät is renewing the about 23-kilometre 400 kV line between Ramsele and Kilforsen in Sollefteå Municipality. The starting point is that the new line should be built in parallel and as close as possible to the existing line, to limit further land take. The existing line is written as reaching the end of its technical life around 2037. Those are rebuild facts. They are not an atNorth or Vertical Data agreement.
The timetable sentence must stay a timetable sentence. The hub table prints authority dialogue in 2024, consultation in 2024, hoped-for approved concession in 2027 and construction start in 2028. The February note says land investigations and detailed design continue, and that in 2026 the project plans to send out utility agreements for the roads it intends to use. Those are rebuild dates. They are not reserved megawatts.
Named neighbouring papers stay neighbouring papers. atNorth’s SWE04 Sollefteå papers, Vertical Data’s Sollefteå purchase, Ellevio’s northern production-cluster page — which already lists Ramsele–Kilforsen with a 2028 construction start — and Svenska kraftnät’s Betåsen–Nässe build stay on their own files. This article does not import a Hamre hall reservation into a 23-kilometre rebuild filing.
DataCenterSweden records 2 February 2026 as a Svenska kraftnät concession-filing notice for Ramsele–Kilforsen. No project identifier is attached. The next update would need a later primary source that names a granted concession, a construction start or a reserved offtake beside the corridor. Until then, the 23-kilometre rebuild stays a Sollefteå filing — not reserved SWE04 hall capacity.
Why it matters
A Sollefteå 400 kV filing is easy to file as spare SWE04 hall power. The February note is usable only if Ramsele–Kilforsen stays a rebuild.
What remains unknown
The fetched pages do not print a granted concession, a reserved hall megawatt or a named Hamre offtake beside Ramsele–Kilforsen.
