It says the new series-capacitor installation in Gräsmark has now been taken into service and that Svenska kraftnät invites a closing information meeting on 13 May at the station site. A commissioned series-capacitor bay is not a reserved offtake.

The rebuild sentence must stay a rebuild sentence. The hub writes that series compensation on the 400 kV line between Rätan and Borgvik is being split between Olingan and a new station in Gräsmark, Värmland, to raise transfer capacity and enable wind connections on that line. Gräsmark is written as commissioned in April 2026. The new series-capacitor plant next to the existing Olingan station in Härjedalen is planned for service in September 2026. Those are grid-hardware facts. They are not a hall agreement.

The wind-connection sentence must stay a wind-connection sentence. The same hub states that no new wind farms will be connected at the Gräsmark station itself. The installation may enable new wind connections on the Rätan–Borgvik line, but not along Tandö–Borgvik and not at Gräsmark station. That clarification is not a consumption reservation.

A Värmland station-commissioning headline on a 400 kV north–south line is easy to file as spare hall power. The April note is usable only if series compensation stays series compensation — not a reservation.

The note does not put Olingan in service, reserve a consumption agreement or name a hall offtake beside Gräsmark.
