Svenska kraftnät’s Kilforsen–Utanede close-out is a finished consult, not reserved Sollefteå hall power

Svenska kraftnät’s 22 February 2026 note says the consultation on the investigation corridor between Kilforsen and Utanede ended on 20 February 2026. A closed consult is not reserved Sollefteå offtake.

Svenska kraftnät’s 22 February 2026 close-out note is the dated inland source used here. It says the consultation period for the investigation corridor for the new lines between the transmission stations Kilforsen and Utanede ended on 20 February 2026. Work now continues on choosing an alignment with the least impact on residents and the environment. Incoming comments will be compiled in a consultation report, which is published when it is ready. A closed consult is not a reserved offtake.

The stretch sentence must stay a stretch sentence. The Kilforsen–Utanede hub writes two separate parallel 400 kV overhead lines between Kilforsen station in Sollefteå Municipality, Västernorrland County, and Utanede station in Ragunda Municipality, Jämtland County. The stretch is about 6.5 Swedish miles, depending on the chosen alignment, and is the first Inlandspaketet stage. The hub also records a separate consultation, closed on 25 January, on changing the existing 400 kV line at the Kilforsen and Betåsen stations in Sollefteå Municipality. Those are rebuild facts. They are not a hall agreement.

The timetable sentence must stay a timetable sentence. The February close-out says the concession application is planned for early 2027, and that information will then be sent to those affected by the chosen alignment. Consultations on the remaining two stretches, Utanede–Enån and Enån–Fallviken, were about to open. Those are programme dates. They are not reserved megawatts. This article does not import the later stretch-hub filing year onto this February note.

Named neighbouring papers stay on their own files. The Ramsele–Kilforsen filing, the later inland complementary consult, atNorth SWE04, Vertical Data’s Sollefteå purchase and the reserved-connection tables are different dates and different legal rows. This article does not import a named Sollefteå hall into a Kilforsen–Utanede close-out day.

DataCenterSweden records 22 February 2026 as a Svenska kraftnät consultation close-out for Kilforsen–Utanede. No project identifier is attached. The next update would need a later primary source that names a chosen alignment, a filed concession or a reserved consumption agreement beside the corridor. Until then, the February close-out stays a consult end — not reserved Sollefteå hall capacity.

Why it matters

A closed Sollefteå–Ragunda consult beside Betåsen is easy to file as spare hall power. The February note is usable only if the close-out stays a close-out — not a reservation.

What remains unknown

The fetched pages do not choose the Kilforsen–Utanede alignment, file the early-2027 concession or name a datacentre offtake on the stretch.
