Kilanda–Stenkullen’s FL5 and CL32 filings are west-coast rebuilds, not reserved Gothenburg hall power

Svenska kraftnät’s Kilanda–Stenkullen hub says concession applications for CL32 and FL5 were filed on 9 April and 5 June 2026. Two 14-kilometre 400 kV renewals in Ale and Lerum are not reserved campus offtake.

Svenska kraftnät’s Kilanda–Stenkullen hub is the dated rebuild source used here. A 9 April 2026 note says the concession application for a new alignment of CL32, the western of the two lines, has been sent to the Energy Markets Inspectorate. A 5 June 2026 note says the application for FL5, the eastern line, has also been sent. After processing, the Inspectorate decides whether concession is granted. A pair of filings is not reserved offtake.

The corridor sentence must stay a corridor sentence. The hub says two 400 kV lines between Kilanda in Ale Municipality and Stenkullen in Lerum Municipality are being renewed together. The eastern line entered service in 1956; the western line was built in 1966 and is renewed early so the works can be coordinated. The printed facts are 400 kV alternating-current overhead line, 14 kilometres, municipalities Lerum and Ale, county Västra Götaland. Those are rebuild facts. They are not a hall agreement.

The package sentence must stay a package sentence. A 28 August 2025 note says Kilanda–Stenkullen sits in the longer Västra Götaland package awarded to NCC, and that construction can begin only when a concession has gained legal force and other permits are in place, planned to 2029. The hub timetable prints complementary inventories in 2026, the concession applications in 2026, construction start in 2028, commissioning of the new line in 2032 and demolition of the existing line in 2032. Those two date rows stay two date rows. Neither is reserved megawatts.

The next update would need a later primary source that names a granted concession, a legal-force day or a reserved offtake beside the corridor. Until then, the two 400 kV renewals stay west-coast filings — not reserved Gothenburg hall capacity.

Why it matters

Two Ale–Lerum 400 kV filings are easy to file as spare Gothenburg hall power. The April and June applications are usable only if the pair stays a rebuild.

What remains unknown

The hub does not print a granted concession, a reserved hall megawatt or a named Gothenburg datacentre applicant beside Kilanda–Stenkullen.
