Svenska kraftnät’s Inlandspaketet complementary consult is a corridor extension, not reserved inland hall power

Svenska kraftnät’s 12 August 2026 Inlandspaketet note says complementary consultation for all three stretches runs until 4 October 2026. A longer consult is not reserved offtake between Sollefteå and Ockelbo.
Svenska kraftnät’s 12 August 2026 complementary-consultation note is the dated inland source used here. It says complementary consultation is under way for all stretches in Inlandspaketet. It is a prolongation of the earlier consultation. The complementary window runs until 4 October 2026 and is addressed to community associations and joint facilities. A longer consult is not a reserved offtake.
The stretch sentence must stay a stretch sentence. The same note lists three diary numbers: Kilforsen–Utanede (Svk 2025/5796), Utanede–Enån (Svk 2025/5797) and Enån–Fallviken (Svk 2025/5798). It writes the package as three new-line stretches, about 35 Swedish miles from Sollefteå Municipality to Ockelbo Municipality: Kilforsen–Utanede 6.5 Swedish miles, Utanede–Enån 16 and Enån–Fallviken 12. All three are planned as two parallel 400 kV overhead lines. About 50 Swedish miles of old 220 kV lines in the same area are to be demolished. Those are rebuild facts. They are not a hall agreement.
The timetable sentence must stay a timetable sentence. The Inlandspaketet hub prints authority dialogue in the winter of 2024–2025, consultation in the winter of 2025–2026, a concession application in 2027, construction start in 2030–2031 and the lines entering service in 2033–2034. New stations are planned at Utanede in Ragunda Municipality and at Enån in Ljusdal Municipality. Those are programme dates. They are not reserved megawatts.
Named neighbouring papers stay on their own files. The sibling Enån–Fallviken and Utanede–Enån close-out notes, the Kilforsen–Utanede February close-out, the Ramsele–Kilforsen filing and the reserved-connection tables are different dates and different legal rows. This article does not import a Sollefteå hall into an inland complementary-consult day.
DataCenterSweden records 12 August 2026 as a Svenska kraftnät complementary-consultation notice for Inlandspaketet. No project identifier is attached. The next update would need a later primary source that names a chosen alignment, a filed concession or a reserved consumption agreement beside the corridor. Until then, the 4 October window stays a consult extension — not reserved inland hall capacity.
Why it matters
A 350-kilometre inland rebuild headline is easy to file as spare mid-Sweden hall power. The August note is usable only if the complementary consult stays a consult — not a reservation.
What remains unknown
The fetched pages do not choose a final inland alignment, file concession or name a datacentre offtake between Kilforsen and Fallviken.
