Ingelkärr–Stenkullen’s built line still waits on the 2026 station — that is not reserved hall power

Svenska kraftnät’s Ingelkärr–Stenkullen hub still writes that the line is built and can be commissioned when Ingelkärr station is finished, expected in 2026. A built line waiting on a station is not a live circuit and not reserved Gothenburg offtake.

Svenska kraftnät’s Ingelkärr–Stenkullen hub, fetched on 12 September 2026, is the dated built-line source used here. A 6 November 2024 note says the line is now built, and that it can be commissioned when Ingelkärr station is finished. That is expected in 2026. The hub timetable still prints the line entering service in 2026. A built line that still waits on a station is not a live circuit.

The purpose sentence must stay a purpose sentence. The hub says the new line between Ingelkärr and Stenkullen was built to strengthen electricity supply in Västra Götaland. It will help widen the bottleneck that today limits import and export of electricity between Sweden, Norway and Denmark. A bottleneck-widening sentence is not a reserved Gothenburg hall megawatt.

The history sentence must stay a history sentence. Construction start is printed as January 2023. The Inspectorate granted concession on 18 December 2021. The government rejected the appeal of that concession on 8 December 2022. Those are older permit rows. They explain why the line could be built. They do not make the 2026 station year a hall reservation.

The next update would need a later primary source that names an energised Ingelkärr station, a live circuit or a reserved offtake. Until then, the built line stays a line waiting on a station — not reserved west-coast hall capacity.

Why it matters

A built west-coast 400 kV span that still names 2026 is easy to file as live Gothenburg hall power. The hub is usable only if the station wait stays a station wait.

What remains unknown

The hub does not print an energised Ingelkärr station, a live-circuit certificate or a reserved hall megawatt beside the built line.
