Svenska kraftnät’s Hamra–Åker inventories are a corridor walk, not reserved Mälaren hall power

Svenska kraftnät’s 3 September 2026 inventory note is the dated Hamra–Åker source used here. It says the inventories are part of work to renew and raise the capacity of the existing 400 kV line between Hamra in Enköping Municipality and Åker in Strängnäs Municipality. As part of the siting study, Svenska kraftnät is identifying possible investigation corridors. The inventories start in mid-September and continue during 2026 and 2027. A start date for field walks is not a reserved offtake.

The method sentence must stay a method sentence. The inventories are written as visual inspections: surveyors visit the areas on foot to identify and assess nature and cultural values. The work is carried out under the right of public access and involves no physical disturbance of the ground. Surveyors do not enter private plots. Travel between areas uses existing roads. Those are access facts. They are not a construction start.

The timetable sentence must stay a timetable sentence. The Hamra–Åker hub writes a 400 kV alternating-current overhead line, 55 km, in Enköping and Strängnäs. Consultation is printed as autumn 2026, ground investigations in 2027, construction start in 2030 and commissioning in 2031. Those are programme dates. They are not reserved megawatts.
