It says authority dialogue is under way for the renewal and capacity increase of the 400 kV line between Hall in Södertälje and Hedenlunda in Flen Municipality. The dialogue is written as a first step in the planning process, aimed at comments from municipalities, county boards and the armed forces. A first step is not a reserved offtake.

The rebuild sentence must stay a rebuild sentence. The Hall–Hedenlunda hub writes a 400 kV alternating-current overhead line, 77 km, in Södertälje, Gnesta, Nyköping and Flen, in Södermanland and Stockholm counties. The existing line is approaching the end of its technical life. Those are corridor facts. They are not a hall agreement.

The timetable sentence must stay a timetable sentence. The hub prints authority dialogue in 2026, consultation in 2027, a concession application in 2030, a concession decision in 2033, construction start in 2040 and commissioning in 2042. Those are programme dates far beyond a 2026 dialogue day. They are not reserved megawatts.
