Svenska kraftnät’s Fallviken–Horndal filing update is a remittal, not reserved Dalälven hall power

It says the update of the concession application is complete and has been submitted to the Energy Markets Inspectorate. Comments from the complementary consultation for Horndal station have been compiled in a consultation report that now forms part of the updated application. The inspectorate will remit the updated application again. A new remittal is not a reserved offtake.

The rebuild sentence must stay a rebuild sentence. The Fallviken–Horndal hub writes two new 400 kV alternating-current overhead lines between Fallviken in Ockelbo Municipality and Horndal in Avesta Municipality, about 79 km, plus a new station at Horndal. Today’s double 220 kV line has reached the end of its technical life. The municipalities listed are Ockelbo, Avesta, Falun, Hedemora, Sandviken and Hofors. Those are corridor facts. They are not a hall agreement.

The timetable sentence must stay a timetable sentence. The hub prints an updated concession application in 2026, construction start in 2028 and the new line in service in 2030. The stretch sits inside the NordSyd / Ockelbo package. Those are programme dates. They are not reserved megawatts.
