Green Mountain’s 8 March 2023 Hamar paper is a 90 MW TikTok contract on a 150 MW plan

On 8 March 2023 Green Mountain said it had agreed with TikTok on a new 150 MW OSL-Hamar site, planned as five 30 MW buildings. TikTok signed an initial contract for three buildings and 90 MW, with an opportunity to extend to 150 MW by 2025. The first building was scheduled for completion in November 2023. A 2023 Norwegian contract is not a 2026 Swedish megawatt.

Green Mountain’s 8 March 2023 notice is the dated campus-contract source used here. It says the company entered into an agreement with TikTok for a new 150 MW site, OSL-Hamar, then under construction. Five data-center buildings, each 30 MW, were planned. TikTok signed an initial contract for three buildings and 90 MW, with an opportunity to extend capacity up to 150 MW by 2025. Opportunity and by 2025 are option words. They are not a 2025 commissioning certificate in this file.

The first-building sentence is a schedule, not a later undated proof. Completion of the first building was scheduled for November 2023. Scheduled is not a handover certificate on this 8 March page. Heat language on the same page is potential heat-reuse projects. Potential is not a named Norwegian district offtaker, a temperature or a delivered megawatt-hour.

An undated operator campus page sits beside the 2023 notice and must keep that undated status. It describes three completed buildings, a single tenant on 90 MW, and an option to 150 MW. This article records that the page exists. It does not promote the undated wording into a 2026 commissioning date or a new megawatt. If a later dated primary source names a handover or a live load, that source can open a new row.

Named Nordic campus rows stay on their own papers. atNorth NOR01 at Haugaland, Stargate Norway, Prime ESB01, Hyperco Loviisa and the Swedish atNorth and EcoDataCenter files are different issuers. Ninety megawatts in Hamar does not become Hamre or Horndal. The 8 March page names the Hamar region, not a Swedish municipality.

DataCenterSweden records 8 March 2023 as a Norwegian hyperscale contract notice for OSL-Hamar. No Swedish project identifier is attached. The next update would need a later dated primary source that names a commissioning, a changed megawatt or a heat offtake. Until then, 90 MW stays an initial contract and 150 MW stays a planned campus and option.

Why it matters

A 150 MW Norwegian campus with a hyperscaler name is easy to file as live Nordic AI power. The March notice is usable only if 90 MW stays the initial contract and 2025 stays an option — not a Swedish hall.

What remains unknown

The dated 2023 notice does not publish a commissioning certificate, a measured occupied load or a heat-delivery start.
