Fingrid’s Isohaara–Taivalkoski page writes that general design of an about-18-kilometre 110 kV renewal started in spring 2026, with field work in 2026 and a construction finish during 2028. A design year is not reserved offtake.

Fingrid’s Isohaara–Taivalkoski project page is the dated design-year source used here. It writes a renewal of the 110 kV line in Keminmaa, between the Isohaara and Taivalkoski substations. The printed length is about 18 kilometres. The present wooden-portal line is written as built in the 1970s and as needing a condition-based renewal. An 18-kilometre 110 kV renewal is not reserved hall offtake.

The purpose sentence must stay a purpose sentence. The page writes the renewal as maintaining transmission-system reliability in the Keminmaa area and as increasing transfer capacity so that generation projects can connect better to the main grid. Generation-connection language is not a named hall. About 1.5 kilometres at the Isohaara-substation end is written as sitting outside the project scope.
