Fingrid’s Huittinen–Forssa page is a printed autumn-2025 works finish, not reserved Satakunta hall power

Fingrid’s Huittinen–Forssa project page writes that line works were to be finished in autumn 2025 and that the new 400+110 kV connection was intended to enter service by the end of 2025. A printed finish is not reserved offtake.
Fingrid’s Huittinen–Forssa project page is the dated works-finish source used here. It writes a new 400+110 kV line of about 69 kilometres between Huittinen and Forssa, through Huittinen, Loimaa, Humppila, Jokioinen and Forssa. The page writes the connection as increasing transfer capacity from the west coast toward southern Finland. A 69-kilometre works page is not reserved hall offtake.
The finish sentence must stay a finish sentence. Construction is written as 2023–2025. Line works are written as finishing in autumn 2025, with work running mainly from Huittinen toward Forssa. The new line is written as intended to enter service by the end of 2025. Related substation rebuilds at Huittinen and Forssa, and the Metsämaa substation as a separate project, are written as finishing by the end of 2025. An intended in-service sentence is not a live-hall certificate and not a reserved megawatt.
The rebuild sentence must stay a rebuild sentence. In the same package the page writes a partial renewal of the 1950s 110 kV Kolsi–Forssa line, to be dismantled and mostly placed on joint towers with the 400 kV line. The government expropriation permit is written as 2 November 2023. Electromontaj S.A. is named as the main contractor. Those are works facts. They are not a hall agreement.
Related grid notes stay on their own pages. Fingrid’s Lieto–Raisio EIA-report-stage note and other Southwest Finland rows are different dates and different stretches. This article does not import a reserved hall offtake into a printed autumn-2025 Huittinen–Forssa finish.
DataCenterSweden records autumn 2025 as a Fingrid printed works-finish and intended in-service window for Huittinen–Forssa. No project identifier is attached. The next update would need a later primary source that names the line as in service, the Metsämaa station as commissioned, or a reserved consumption agreement beside the 69 kilometres. Until then, the autumn-2025 sentence stays a works-finish paper — not reserved Satakunta hall capacity.
Why it matters
A 69-kilometre west-coast 400+110 kV finish headline is easy to file as spare hall power. The page is usable only if the printed autumn-2025 finish stays a printed finish — not a reservation.
What remains unknown
The page does not certify the line as in service, commission Metsämaa or name a reserved hall offtake beside Huittinen–Forssa.
