Ellevio’s Tigerberget–Enån paper is a November 2025 wind-tie consult, not reserved Ljusdal hall power

Ellevio’s September 2025 consult paper, with comments due 9 November, writes a new about-50-kilometre 145 kV line from a planned Tigerberget wind park to station Enån. A wind-tie consult is not reserved offtake.

Ellevio’s September 2025 Tigerberget–Enån consult paper is the dated wind-tie source used here. It writes a new 145 kV overhead line from a planned transformer station Vasstjärn inside a planned Tigerberget wind park in northern Hudiksvall Municipality to Ellevio’s planned regional station Enån, a few kilometres north-west of Laforsen in Ljusdal Municipality. The printed length is about 50 kilometres. A 50-kilometre wind-tie paper is not reserved hall offtake.

The park sentence must stay a park sentence. The paper names Holmen Energi as planning a wind park of at most 22 turbines, with a printed 7–10 MW per turbine, and writes that Ellevio has been commissioned to connect that park. It also writes that if the wind park does not receive a permit, construction of the planned line is not current. Those are wind-permit conditions. They are not a hall reservation. The 7–10 MW figure stays a per-turbine print. It is not a campus megawatt.

The timetable sentence must stay a timetable sentence. Written comments are due by 9 November 2025. The concession application is written as due to be sent to the Energy Markets Inspectorate in the first half of 2026. Construction is written as planned to start at the earliest at the beginning of 2028. A first-half 2026 filing plan is not a granted concession.

Why it matters

A 50-kilometre 145 kV headline toward Enån is easy to file as spare inland hall power. The paper is usable only if Tigerberget stays a conditional wind tie — not a reservation.

What remains unknown

The paper does not file the first-half 2026 concession, grant the Holmen park permit or give a reserved hall megawatt beside Tigerberget–Enån.
