It writes that Ellevio is strengthening regional- and local-grid capacity so that Vajda Papir’s paper mill can establish itself in Otterbäcken. A new outdoor station is written as supplying the mill’s production, with a ground cable from that station to the mill’s switchgear. A named mill feeder is not reserved hall offtake.
