Ellevio’s Igulsberget–Torpberget paper is a wind-connection consultation, not reserved Härjedalen hall power

Ellevio’s February 2026 Igulsberget–Torpberget consultation paper is the dated wind-tie source used here. It says Ellevio intends to apply for a line concession for a new 145 kV overhead line between the planned Igulsberget wind-park station and Torpberget transmission station, in Ljusdal and Härjedalen municipalities. Comments were due 27 March 2026. A consultation paper is not a granted concession.

The purpose sentence must stay a purpose sentence. The line is written for connecting the wind park’s local grid and for transferring that generation to the transmission grid. The planned line is about 22 kilometres. If the wind park does not receive a permit, construction of the planned line is not current. Those are wind-tie facts. They are not a reserved hall megawatt.

The timetable sentence must stay a timetable sentence. The concession application is written as going to the Energy Markets Inspectorate in the first half of 2026. Construction is planned to start at the earliest in early 2028. The wind park’s planned commissioning is written as 2030–2031. An earliest-2028 start that depends on the wind park is not a live Härjedalen hall.

Why it matters

A 145 kV line into a named Svenska kraftnät station is easy to file as spare inland hall power. The paper is usable only if the wind tie stays a wind tie — not a reservation.

What remains unknown

The paper does not file the concession, start the 2028 build, permit the wind park or name a reserved hall offtake.
