Ellevio’s Enmyran–Bergvik consult is a 145 kV alignment paper, not a commissioned Vannsätter hall

Ellevio’s January 2026 consult paper, with comments due 11 March, writes that Bergvik plans a data hall in Vannsätter and that Ellevio is consulting a new 145 kV cable and/or overhead line to a new Enmyran station. A consult is not a reserved offtake and not a live hall.

Ellevio’s January 2026 Enmyran–Bergvik consultation paper, listed on the current-consultations page with a last reply date of 11 March 2026, is the dated land-and-line source used here. It writes that Bergvik plans to build a data hall in Vannsätter, Söderhamn Municipality, and that Ellevio therefore plans a connection line between a new Enmyran station and the planned hall. A consult paper is not a commissioned hall.

The station sentence must stay a station sentence. A new Enmyran station is written as needed for operating security and for more capacity in the area. A new Bergvik station is also needed at the planned hall. Both stations are separate permit cases and sit outside this line-concession consult. Separate station filings are not this paper and not reserved megawatts. The consult paper does not print a hall megawatt.

The alignment-and-timetable sentence must stay an alignment-and-timetable sentence. Three corridors are studied: cable alternatives 1A–1C at 2.3–2.5 km, an overhead alternative at 2.2 km, and a mixed overhead-and-cable alternative at 5.2 km of which 0.75 km is cable. The paper assumes significant environmental impact and runs a written combined scoping consult. The concession application is planned for September 2026, detailed design in 2027–2028, construction in 2028–2029 and commissioning in 2029. Those are programme dates. They are not a live circuit.

Related grid notes stay on their own pages. Ellevio’s Kinstaåsen complementary consult, the Njutånger first-sod note and Svenska kraftnät’s Njutånger filings are different dates and different legal rows. This article does not import a 40-kilometre Njutånger–Söderala add-on or a transmission filing into a Vannsätter consult day.

DataCenterSweden records 11 March 2026 as the last-reply day on Ellevio’s Enmyran–Bergvik consult. No project identifier is attached. The next update would need a later primary source that names a chosen corridor, a filed concession, a commissioned 2029 circuit or a reserved offtake that the January paper does not print. Until then, the Vannsätter data-hall sentence stays a consult claim — not a live Hälsingland hall.

Why it matters

A named Vannsätter data-hall headline on a DSO consult is easy to file as a live campus. The March paper is usable only if the consult stays a consult — not a commissioned hall.

What remains unknown

The paper does not print a hall megawatt, choose a corridor, file the September 2026 concession or say the 2029 circuit is live.
