Ellevio’s Beckomberga page is a 2026 outdoor-station rebuild, not reserved west-Stockholm hall power

Ellevio’s Beckomberga project page writes that the 1950s outdoor station starts being rebuilt in 2026, with a 200-metre trench to be backfilled in autumn and works through 2030. A trench refill is not reserved offtake.
Ellevio’s Beckomberga project page is the dated rebuild source used here. It writes that the station, built in the 1950s, supplies large parts of the city and now needs to be modernised and rebuilt. The station is written as an outdoor station. A 1950s outdoor-station rebuild is not reserved hall offtake.
The 2026 sentence must stay a 2026 sentence. The page writes that the rebuild starts during 2026 and is estimated to run through 2030. Preparatory works are written as already under way on and just outside the site. A 200-metre trench on the north side of the station area is written as having been dug, and as being backfilled in the autumn, with machine noise on weekdays between 07:00 and 16:00. Those are trench facts. They are not a reserved megawatt.
The neighbour-station sentence must stay a neighbour-station sentence. The page writes that Svenska kraftnät is at the same time building a new transmission station beside Ellevio’s station, so that future supply can be met. A map on the page is written as showing how the two stations are planned to sit. A neighbouring TSO station sentence is not a hall agreement. The page says it will later publish how Ellevio’s building is to look.
Related grid notes stay on their own pages. Svenska kraftnät’s own Beckomberga station paper, Ellevio’s Värtan and Skanstull rows and other Stockholms ström papers are different dates and different instruments. This article does not import a reserved hall offtake into a 2026 Beckomberga trench-and-rebuild year.
DataCenterSweden records autumn 2026 as an Ellevio trench-refill and rebuild-year notice for Beckomberga. No project identifier is attached. The next update would need a later primary source that names the 2030 rebuild as finished, or a reserved consumption agreement with a printed megawatt. Until then, the 2026 year stays an outdoor-station rebuild — not reserved west-Stockholm hall capacity.
Why it matters
A west-Stockholm station headline next to a planned TSO station is easy to file as spare hall power. The page is usable only if the 2026 trench stays a trench — not a reservation.
What remains unknown
The page does not finish the 2030 rebuild or give a reserved hall megawatt beside Beckomberga.
