CoreWeave and Conapto announce a Stockholm colocation agreement; first capacity said to be online at Stockholm 4 South

On 24 June 2026 CoreWeave and Conapto said they had signed a colocation agreement covering two Stockholm campuses, with initial capacity already online at Stockholm 4 South. That is a commercial occupancy notice. It does not publish a megawatt figure, redefine the 2024 south-campus capacity sentence, or convert heat-recovery wording into delivered megawatt-hours.

CoreWeave’s 24 June 2026 notice, mirrored on Conapto’s site, says the companies signed a colocation agreement. The arrangement covers two campuses in Stockholm. Initial capacity is already online at Stockholm 4 South. Both campuses are described as powered by renewable energy sources. Those are the dated commercial facts in the primary notices.

The notices name the intended product: CoreWeave’s AI cloud platform, including high-performance compute, networking, storage and software orchestration. Conapto’s chief executive is quoted on high-density infrastructure, 100 percent renewable energy and heat recovery to Stockholm’s district-heating network. Those sentences describe a customer and a service context. They are not a measured heat-delivery ledger and not a new campus-capacity definition.

Stockholm 4 South already has a separate 5 September 2024 operator opening in this register, together with a 24 MW south-campus sentence that is not defined as IT or facility load. The June 2026 colocation notice does not restate that 24 MW figure and does not publish a replacement. The correct editorial move is therefore to keep the 2024 campus observation and the 2026 occupancy notice on separate rows. A tenant announcement is not a licence to invent a new megawatt total.

“Already online” also needs a scope. In an operator and customer release it establishes that the parties said some CoreWeave capacity was in service at Stockholm 4 South on 24 June 2026. It does not identify the occupied IT load, the electrical boundary, the number of racks or an independent inspection. It also does not identify the second campus by name. The second site remains a campus-level claim without a building label in the cited notices.

Heat recovery toward Stockholm Exergi is already described in Conapto’s earlier materials and in the Stockholm Data Parks invitation. The CoreWeave notice repeats the heat-recovery relationship as a sustainability credential. It does not add a start date or a measured volume for the CoreWeave deployment. Keep the commercial relationship and the delivered-heat question apart, as the existing Stockholm heat-reuse note already requires.

For a buyer the next documents are the current facility or phase data sheet, the capacity definition, the identity of the second campus, and any later operating evidence. If the file needs a sustainability claim, ask for the period and boundary behind renewable matching and heat delivery rather than repeating the headline. If the file needs a Swedish MW update, wait for a source that actually states one.

DataCenterSweden records the 24 June 2026 notices against the Conapto south-campus project as a reported occupancy event. It does not add a megawatt row, does not mark the second campus as identified, and does not treat the agreement as a grid or permit decision. The useful consequence is a counterparties and occupancy check, not a new Swedish capacity total.

Why it matters

A named AI-cloud tenant can be real in a Stockholm hall without creating a new MW observation. Occupancy, campus capacity and heat delivery remain different evidence types.

What remains unknown

The cited notices do not publish a megawatt figure, the identity of the second campus, the occupied IT load or a measured heat volume for the CoreWeave deployment.
