Conapto says Ellevio added 8 MW at Stockholm 4 South; 20-to-28 MW is a 24 October 2025 company sentence

On 24 October 2025 Conapto said Stockholm 4 South would increase by 8 MW of power from Ellevio, scaling the site from 20 MW to 28 MW, ready from 1 January 2026. That is a company capacity sentence. It does not redefine the 2024 south-campus 24 MW wording already in this register, and it does not publish delivered heat.

Conapto’s 24 October 2025 notice, mirrored the same day on Cision, is the dated operator source used here. It says the company is expanding Stockholm 4 South by an additional 8 MW of power from Ellevio. With that increase the site will scale from 20 MW to 28 MW. The new power capacity will be ready starting 1 January 2026. Those are company schedule and capacity sentences. They are not a commissioning certificate for 28 MW of IT load.

The 20-to-28 wording must stay on this row. Stockholm 4 South already has a 5 September 2024 operator opening in this register, together with a 24 MW south-campus sentence that is not defined as IT or facility load. The October 2025 notice does not mention 24 MW and does not explain the 20 MW starting point. This register does not reconcile 20, 24 and 28 into a new observation. A later source would need to use one boundary and one date.

Heat and grid-support language in the same notice is strategy, not a ledger. The expansion is said to align with 100 percent renewable energy, heat reuse to district heating, and grid support to help stabilize the national grid. Those clauses do not add a measured megawatt-hour or a new Exergi start date. The June 2026 CoreWeave occupancy notice already stored against this campus does not restate 8, 20 or 28 MW.

Ellevio is named as the power counterpart for the added 8 MW. That is a distribution-network sentence in an operator release. It is not a Svenska kraftnät reservation and not a preliminary notice. It does not assign any of the SE3 data-center application total to Sätra.

DataCenterSweden records 24 October 2025 against the Conapto south-campus project as a reported power-expansion notice. It does not replace the 2024 24 MW sentence and does not add a heat-volume row. The useful next papers are a current facility data sheet, a capacity definition and any later operating evidence after the 1 January 2026 readiness date.

Why it matters

An 8 MW Ellevio add is easy to file as a new Swedish campus total. The October notice is usable only if 20-to-28 stays a 2025 company sentence — and if the 2024 24 MW wording stays on its own row.

What remains unknown

The notice does not define 20 or 28 MW as IT or facility load, does not publish a heat volume, and does not contain a Svenska kraftnät paper.
