Conapto’s Q1 2026 paper is 28 MW contracted at Stockholm 5 Nord, not a live July 2027 hall

On 28 May 2026 Conapto said the entire 28 MW at Stockholm 5 Nord is contracted, with a delivery date of July 2027. Neighbouring sentences on the same paper keep 16 MW under implementation at Stockholm 4 Syd and a 1.2 MW expansion at Stockholm 3 Nord. Contracted is not open, and the three figures are not added here.

Conapto Holding’s Q1 2026 financial report, published at 10:00 CEST on 28 May 2026, is the dated campus-contract source used here. During the quarter, work on establishing Stockholm 5 Nord continued and the entire capacity of 28 MW is now contracted with a delivery date of July 2027. The same report says the facility is scheduled to open in July 2027. Contracted and scheduled are the issuer’s words. They are not a commissioning certificate.

Two neighbouring capacity sentences on the same paper must stay on their own lines. At Stockholm 4 Syd, 16 MW of capacity is being implemented and the entire facility is expected to be operational during the second quarter of 2026. At Stockholm 3 Nord, Conapto is expanding capacity by 1.2 MW, of which just over 0.7 MW is already contracted. This article does not add 28, 16 and 1.2. Expected in the second quarter is not this note’s July 2027 sentence.

A companion notice dated 22 April 2026 already said Stockholm 5 was fully contracted at 28 MW. That April page does not publish the July 2027 opening. The May report is therefore the dated source for the opening window. The October 2025 +8 MW paper for Stockholm 4 South stays on its own row. This note does not reconcile 8 MW with 16 MW.

Named Conapto rows stay separate. The 2024 Stockholm 4 South opening, the CoreWeave colocation notice and the Exergi heat arrangement are different papers. Stockholm 5 Nord is not attached to the South campus project identifier stored in this register.

DataCenterSweden records 28 May 2026 as a contracted 28 MW at Stockholm 5 Nord with a July 2027 delivery date. No project identifier is attached. The next update would need a later primary source that names an opening or a measured load. Until then, 28 MW stays contracted — not a live hall.

Why it matters

A fully contracted 28 MW Stockholm headline is easy to file as a live 2026 hall. The May report is usable only if July 2027 stays a delivery date and 16 MW and 1.2 MW stay on their own lines.

What remains unknown

The report does not publish an opening certificate, a measured occupied load, or a reconciliation between the October 2025 +8 MW sentence and the 16 MW implementation sentence.
